When registering for any of our paid mentorship and training we have a few conditions on our refund policy.
10 Day money back guarantee.
We give you 10 days to ‘try it out’ and have a look at the quality of our training and education if you would like to not move ahead with us simply let us know by email or phone. There is no wiggle out clause or anything like that. If it’s not a good fit for you then let us know within 10 days of you gaining access to our members area. I (Alex) do spend a lot of time working with my students and my time is valuable which is why I have this 10 day money back guarantee.
Quality guarantee:
I know the quality of my program and content is top notch and I KNOW if you implement and take action you’ll get results which is why I will promise to work with you until you do get results. If at the end of the program you haven’t made at least 3 times your money back then I’ll work with you until you do get the results you require.
You must show me you ‘got off the couch’ so to speak and implemented what we teach, that includes checking in with Alex at least once a month, speaking with suppliers, and shown effort you did try our system and at least tried to make sales. Please keep a diary of actions you take. We know what we teach works provided the customer works the system and takes action.
Failure to attend the training:
If you can’t attend the training day that is scheduled, you must let us know at least seven days prior to the training date. We incur specific cost with seminar room costs, catering, printing various other costs incurred on a per head basis, as well as allocation of cost to sales, commissions, and other expenses. Failure to alert us on not attending will result in forfeiture of your ticket to the training.
Paying Deposits:
If you pay a deposit towards the training, course or Canton Fair that deposit is a non-refundable deposit.
